Prescription-only medicines are supplied to trade buyers only; send your drug licence number or doctor registration number with your list.

Do you supply cold-chain or temperature-sensitive products?
Ask us first. Tell us the product and quantity and ask whether it is available. Products labelled for 2 to 8 degrees Celsius storage must go into a refrigerator as soon as they arrive.

What are your payment and credit terms?

Do you provide GST tax invoices?
Yes. Every order is billed on a full GST tax invoice. Whether input tax credit is available to a buyer depends on the buyer's own GST position. The GST rate depends on the product and its HSN code; ask your chartered accountant.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Can registered doctors purchase wholesale medicines for their clinic?
We supply registered doctors (RMPs) and clinics across Tamil Nadu, trade only. Our Form 20B licence (condition 3(ii)) and our Form 21B licence (condition 4(ii)) each carry a condition on selling to a person who does not hold the requisite licence. Each licence states that this condition does not apply to the sale of a drug to a hospital, medical, educational or research institution or a registered medical practitioner for the purpose of supply to his patients. No. Licensed B2B wholesale pharmaceutical distributor, not a retail pharmacy. We do not sell medicines to individual patients or the general public, nor do we dispense online prescriptions. If you are an individual patient in need of medicine, please consult a registered medical practitioner or visit a licensed retail pharmacy.

We do not solicit, accept or supply Schedule X drugs, psychotropic substances or habit-forming narcotics through WhatsApp, website enquiry or digital channels. Sri Krishnaveni Pharma Distributors operates under Form 20B and Form 21B wholesale drug licences.
