1. Statutory Licensing & Legal Constitution
Sri Krishnaveni Pharma Distributors operates in strict accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 thereunder. Our wholesale pharmaceutical distribution is authorized under:
- Form 20B Wholesale Drug Licence: TN/MDS/20B/02175 (Authorization to sell, stock, exhibit or offer for sale, or distribute by wholesale, drugs other than those specified in Schedule C, C(1) and X).
- Form 21B Wholesale Drug Licence: TN/MDS/21B/02175 (Authorization to sell, stock, exhibit or offer for sale, or distribute by wholesale, drugs specified in Schedule C and Schedule C(1) — biologicals, vaccines, sera, and special products).
- Licensing Authority: Office of the Assistant Director of Drugs Control, Dindigul Zone, Drugs Control Administration, Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Technical Personnel Supervision: In compliance with Rule 64 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, operations and dispatches are directly supervised by registered qualified person Sankaramoorthy Rajeshkumar, D.Pharm registered with the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council.

2. Permitted Buyer Categories & Mandatory KYC Verification

Pursuant to Schedule K (Entry 5) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, registered medical practitioners (holding recognized qualifications such as MBBS, MD, MS, BAMS, BHMS registered with the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission / NMC) are legally permitted to purchase wholesale medicines from licensed dealers for administration or supply to their own bona fide patients. Before opening a trade account or dispatching orders, we verify:
- Proof of Medical Council Registration (State Medical Council or NMC registration certificate).
- Clinic / Practice Establishment address proof.
- GSTIN (if registered) or Clinic letterhead declaration for institutional billing.
B. Retail Pharmacies, Chemists & Druggists
Supply is contingent on receiving:
- Valid Retail Drug Licences under Form 20 and Form 21 issued by the competent licensing authority.
- Active GSTIN certificate matching the licensed premises.
C. Hospitals & Nursing Homes
Registration under the Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Act, institutional authorization, and in-house pharmacy drug licences (where applicable).
3. Schedule H, H1 & Zero Digital Narcotics (Schedule X) Policy
All prescription drugs falling under Schedule H and Schedule H1 are supplied with strict compliance with Rule 65, including recording batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and invoice records.
Strict Schedule X & NDPS Policy: Under no circumstances does Sri Krishnaveni Pharma Distributors solicit, negotiate, or supply Schedule X drugs, psychotropic substances, or habit-forming narcotics through WhatsApp, website enquiry, or digital communications. All scheduled controlled drugs require physical regulatory paperwork, formal indents, and compliance with the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Commercial Delivery Terms & 24–48 Hours SLA
Our commitment to 24–48 hours delivery across Tamil Nadu operates under the following commercial parameters:
- Turnaround Scope: The 24–48 hour timeline is an indicative commercial turnaround applicable to standard business working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Timeline Commencement: Transit time is measured from order confirmation, successful statutory credential verification, and physical handover to cargo carriers at our central Dindigul dispatch hub.
- Dispatch Cut-off: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on working days are processed for same-day carrier handover.
- Third-Party Cargo & Force Majeure: Outside our dedicated delivery vehicles in Dindigul district and adjoining corridors, statewide consignments are transported via vetted commercial parcel express networks and cargo carriers. 6. Cold Chain Management & Storage Protocol (2°C–8°C)
Thermolabile preparations, vaccines, biologicals, and insulins are packaged in insulated thermal boxes with conditioned gel packs to preserve cold chain integrity during transit.
Upon receipt, the purchasing medical establishment or practitioner must immediately inspect the consignment and transfer the stock into monitored pharmaceutical refrigeration maintaining 2°C to 8°C. Responsibility for proper storage conditions passes to the buyer upon delivery handover.
7. Invoicing, Pricing, and GST Input Tax Credit (ITC)
- Every consignment is accompanied by an authentic GST Tax Invoice setting out HSN codes, product description, batch number, expiry date, manufacturing entity, and CGST/SGST breakdown.

10. Dispute Resolution & Exclusive Legal Jurisdiction
All commercial transactions, supply agreements, invoices, and disputes arising out of or in connection with wholesale orders or the use of this website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India.
